Underwhelming Stay. Some Issues Present

convenient locationsmall roombasic breakfast
The location was fine. I could walk to a few places I wanted to see.
The room was small. The bed felt far too small for two adults. I reminded me of I was going to fall off all night. Breakfast was basic! it was certainly nothing very tasty.

inconsistent experience at ebrington

convenient locationslow bar serviceconstant knocking
the location near the peace bridge was convenient for accessing the city.
The bar service was slow. my drink sat unattended for ten minutes, and it took an unreasonable amount of time for anyone to take our order. the order, when it finally arrived, was incorrect. plus, there was a constant knocking sound in the room throughout the night. I reported it, but i am still waiting for a callback.

confusing parkingunhelpful bar staff
Finding the entrance reminded me of a scavenger hunt. A sign under the main one would have been helpful. The room reminded me of an icebox upon arrival. It seems energy saving is more important than guest comfort. The bar staff weren't exactly brimming with helpfulness when I asked about food options. I managed to get some chips in the restaurant eventually, but it was a whole ordeal. Maybe a little more attentiveness could improve the guest experience.
